The exterior may not matter as much as what is inside. Modern updated bathroom with German technology, a wonderfully humane team of staff at the front desk and rooftop bar-restaurant, kudos to the back-of-the house for the food quality and presentation and a gentle soul of the bar men! The location depicts Santiago city with the CBD(central business district), red light area, museums, parks, cathedrals, shopping all within walking distance - exciting! Museo La Merced is a “must” and it was accomplished within a beautiful day. The 2 cathedral we visited did not dissapoint, the parks nearby met my best friend’s/dog’s expectations and the abundance of coffee shops and restaurants with a Sunday feria is only within a 20 minutes stroll away on the other side of the park ~ good location. Thank you for our enjoyable stay.

I enjoyed my stay here the room was great and the size was wonderful for a solo traveler. Having a couch is great. The bed size was perfect and the TV had Roku which is great for me as an American traveler because I could watch things on TV that's fantastic. The staff was amazing I had some personal issues while i was there and everyone was incredibly helpful and the rooftop bar was fantastic...though I think they charge a little more than their menu prices show. And their breakfast is good too. The windows were big and wide and mostly easy to open so the breeze was great. The wifi was mostly great I had no problems with it, sometimes it did not work downstairs, but in my room I didn't have too many issues

I stayed just one night as this was one of the few places in the Lastarria area that had 24/7 reception to allow for late check-in (my flight arrived at midnight and I didn't get to the hotel until 2:00am). The room was bigger than expected with two twin beds, a bathroom, and a kitchenette area complete with dining table with glassware. It felt almost like an apartment! Breakfast was served on the rooftop terrace and was complete with eggs, cheese, pastries, fruit, juice, and coffee. Very impressive for a free breakfast!

The location in the city center, and the staff was very kind, especially the guy at the reception, and Alfredo, the guy who works as a porter. He spent some time helping us to set up telephone card. The restaurant on the top is also very good. Since there are no restaurants in that part of town that stay open longer, I recommend the restaurant on the 7th floor. The food is good and not expensive, and the atmosphere and staff are very kind. The beds are good and the rooms are spacious, they are small apartments.

The restaurant location was great for breakfast, with windows all around to look out. Breakfast was pretty standard for ‘breakfast included’ hotels. Room was just fine except the toilet seat was broken. Perfect location for walking about the town - near many important sites.
